AlarmTILT Emergency is a bi-directional alert and notification management solution that is perfectly suitable for personnel and staff dealing with crisis situations. AlarmTILT Emergency enables an operator to launch mass alerts via different communication channels (SMS text message, email, voice, fax, etc) to selected groups of people concerned with a crisis situation (intervention teams, management, authorities, population etc), depending on pre-defined emergency scenarios. The emergency callouts can be triggered via web browser, voice call, from a PDA/Smartphone/Blackberry, or from any other third party system linked to the AlarmTILT Emergency platform. Alerts will reach target groups involved in the crisis, depending on pre-defined emergency scenarios, using all available communication channels and devices (fixed-line and mobile phones, PDAs, PCs, SMS, e-mails, voice alerts…). Intervention team availability is monitored in real time, as the situation evolves. Additional messages and end-of-emergency notifications can be sent to selected or all destinations. All actions and responses are logged, with detailed communication statistics, reply status tracking and summary reports. AlarmTILT Emergency is a bi-directional alert and notification management solution
