Welcome to this year’s edition of the Alameda Bull Sale.

Who would have thought that we would see the prices that we are getting for the cattle that are selling now?! About the only market that hasn’t jumped real high yet is the bred cow and heifer sales but I think that will change soon.

The cow numbers in Canada are still low, so optimistically, things look good for a long time yet! This could be the prime time to sell that older bull, replace him with a young guy and maybe retain a few more heifers.

This year’s offering of bulls is as strong as we have ever had. There is a great selection of calving ease and big stout power bulls. These bulls will all be semen tested and guaranteed breeders. Although we would like you to take these bulls home sale day, we will keep them free of charge for you until the end of April. We will also help with delivery. If your bull goes home with you on sale day you will receive $50 off every bull purchased.
