Due to housing limitations, pre-registration is mandatory for all campers. All campers must be registered and paid in full no later than May 24, 2019. No walk ups are allowed.
ENROLLMENT COSTThe cost is $385 per camper and includes instruction, housing, meals, t-shirt and all camp activities. An $85 deposit per camper is required for all campers. Make cashier’s check or bank/postal money order payable to Alabama State University. Deposits are non-refundable.Please do not mail any applications or payments after May 20, 2019.
WHAT TO BRING n Clothes (outfits) for the evening activities. n Black and khaki shorts. n Towels, toilet articles, sheets, blanket,
pillow and pillow case. n Please bring proof of health and
accident insurance.n Of course, bring your instrument!Your program is so filled with activities, there will be no time for off-campus visitors or activities. Please be certain this is understood with relatives and friends before you leave for camp.
HOUSINGPrograms may vary, but generally students will be in the University residence halls under the supervision of adult counselors. All groups must have on-campus chaperones throughout the entire camp. Each school must provide at least one chaperone for every eight students. It is advised that each director remain cognizant of any medical problems in his/her group. Students must abide by the rules of the camp and the University! Campers and chaperones are responsible for returning keys prior to departing the campus. It is understood that the camp participants will not hold the sponsors or the University responsible for any loss of personal articles or any accidents that may occur during the camp.
