ALABAMA STATE PORT AUTHORITY LAWN CARE SERVICES CONTRACT ADDENDUM

The Alabama State Port Authority Lawn Care Services Contract bid has been amended to include a non-restricted location to the service area list. The following is a revised list of locations to be covered under this contract/bid.

The Alabama State Port Authority (ASPA) will accept sealed bids for Lawn Care Services to be performed at the following restricted (R) and non-restricted (NR) locations: A. International Trade Center, 250 North Water Street (NR) B. Delchamps, Congress, Lipscomb, Adams and Magnolia St. Properties (NR) C. Pinto Terminal, near 631 Dunlap Drive (R) D. McDuffie Island, 1900 Ezra Trice Boulevard (R) E. MRT Facility (R) F. Virginia Street Bridge (NR) G. Yeend Street (Old Frascati Property) (NR) H. *Baker Street, Park Area & Broad Street (NR) I. Armstrong Facility (R) J. *ICTF Property (NR) K. Paper Mill Road (NR) L. Brookley Field Property (near Airbus) (NR)

ALSO, the Alabama State Port Authority conducted its mandatory pre-bid inspection on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 9:00 am, CDT. Attendance to the mandatory Pre-bid Meeting was necessary to qualify for this contract / bid. The following companies attended the pre-bid meeting: ChemPro Services, Inc. Gulf Breeze Landscaping Gulf Coast Environmental Hughes 360 Landscaping Jubilee Scape Lawn Worx Miracle Landscaping Services Parker & Son, Inc. STM Landscaping, LLC

Following the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, the Alabama State Port Authority received written questions concerning this contract / bid request. The questions and answers area as follows:

Questions and Answers Section from Pre-Bid Meeting & Tour

The following questions and answers are provided as a guide to facilitate the bid process and highlight important points for consideration by bidders. Each bidder is responsible for fully reading and complying with the instructions on the Alabama State Port Authority (ASPA) bid form. This is to be used as a guide ONLY:

1. QUESTION: What is the annual amount for the current contract? ANSWER: The current contract was done more than three (3) years ago and the scope of work has expanded substantially since then. Because the expiring contract is more than three years in age and the fact that the scope of the work has changed and may continue to change, bidders should price services in accordance with the current bid.

2. QUESTION: If the bid amount exceeds $50,000 is an Alabama General

Contractors License needed? ANSWER: Yes. Please refer to pages 2-3.

3. QUESTION: Will you send new aerials?

ANSWER: Aerials of all properties/facilities that were added/updated are attached.

4. QUESTION: What is the footage of the area along the chain link fence at Item J (ICTF) in which we will be cutting? ANSWER: The length of the fence is approximately 4,200 feet.
