Faheem AbbasCEOFaheem obtained his MBA degree majoring in Human resource from Virtual University and ICMA from the Ins�tute of Cost and Management Accountant of Pakistan. He started his career with a Turkish humanitarian organiza�on in Pakistan and served as a Finance Manager for 04 years. He managed to successfully form his own business with intervals mainly “Travel and Tours, Overseas Employment and General Order Suppliers. He has been ac�vely involved in providing manpower to renowned Gulf companies.
Amjad HussainDirector Marke�ng Amjad is currently serving as a Human Resource Manager in Saudi Arabia. He has been holding various managerial posi�ons in different companies of Saudi Arabia since 1997. He had been serving as Quality Lead Auditor and conducted many surveillance audits for various companies, moreover he was also involved in Third Party Inspec�ons for many even government organiza�ons e.g Petrokemya,s shipments to abroad. He is fluent in Arabic, English and Urdu as a mother language. He graduated in business studies from Punjab University of Pakistan in 1994.
Arshad HussainManager Marke�ng Arshad has served in managerial posi�ons of various renowned organiza�ons of Saudi Arabia. First and foremost thing is to get approval from Protector of Pakistan in order to commence recruitment. We need Power of A�orney and Demand la�er from Client to get recruitment’s permission.
Once we get permission, we announce the job at our stakeholder’s network. We also publish the job on newspapers depend upon quan�ty of required manpower. Adver�sing campaign is being prepared very carefully to gather the right manpower in �me.
Personal interviews are conducted by our Technical Consultants on the basis of the job descrip�on provided by our client. The skilled/semi-skilled categories are also subjected to a trade test as per their specializa�on.
Screening, assessment and short-lis�ng of the candidates for final interview is carried out by our highly experienced and qualified technical consultants. The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment. Short listed candidates by us is then presented to the client’s representa�ve for the final selec�on.

1. Recruitment
Recruitment is the basic service which we provide to our valuable clients. Our procedure of recruitment is as follows:

Based on the ques�onnaire provided by the client, our technical consultant interviews the applicants and verifies the knowledge of the candidate in the speciality he has applied for. Technical skills are also being tested at trade test center which is fully equipped with the required equipments.
Selec�on of candidate is based on his marks obtained through his sa�sfied interview and skills tes�ng of his trade. Final decision for selec�on is made by the company’s representa�ves who also get the signature and thumb impression of candidate on job offer document. Candidate sign the job offer if he accepts the salary.
On receiving the final selec�on list from the Clients, candidates are called for Medical and other Visa processing formali�es.
Candidates undergo their Medical formali�es with the GAMCA (GCC Approved Medical Centers Associa�on) approved Medical Centers and their Medical Fitness Report is informed to the Clients.

On receipt of the Visa documents from the Clients ,the Passports along with the required documents are submi�ed to the Consulate for Visa stamping.
Passports with Endorsed visas are then submi�ed to the Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigra�on clearance on the passport of the candidate.
The Candidates are handed over their departure file with the copy of their Employment contract, Visa stamped passport with Immigra�on & copy of Insurance and Ticket three days prior to the date of Travel, consequently the arrival details of the candidates are informed to the Client.
Our representa�ve will ensures with the client that all the candidates are reached 100% as per the requirement of the client, and our representa�ve will be responsible in the utmost sa�sfac�on of the client.

According to statutory requirements, the following documents are to be sent to us by “the Employer’ on the Company Original Le�er Head duly a�ested from Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Ministry in order to enable us to carry out successfully recruitment drive:
1. DEMAND LETTER for the number of personnel required, salary, dura�on of contract, etc.
2. POWER OF ATTORNEY from the Employer in the name of ALTAYYAR Overseas Employment Promoters, that is authorizing us to adver�se, recruit and deploy the required personnel on their behalf.
