Meeting the challenge

During the past 12 months, Aktrion Group has extended its package to include Jobsite’s CV Watchdogs and search facilities, and this has brought positive results almost instantly.

“The applications we received from the CV searches were more relevant, and we also like the fact that our ads feature on a number of associated job boards. For example, if we’re putting up a job advert for an Automotive Quality Engineer, we know that Jobsite will automatically post it on other relevant automotive pages.”

Aktrion Group began using these tools not only to target potential candidates for certain roles but also to add them to an overall talent pool in case the right opportunity arose in the future. This helps them to find jobseekers who match skill-set requirements as soon as they upload their CV to Jobsite.
