AKNOWLDGMENT.

First, I would like to thank Almighty God for giving me health and make me able to participate well in my Block field work.I wish to thank my family for their moral and financial as well as material support without my mother for encouragement and continue advice to ensure that I complete this task as on way of developing my capacities to meet future challenges.

In addition I would like to thanks my field work consultants Mr. Mutayoba and Miss Hilda for enable me to reach in good position in practice me and for guiding, encouraging and good support which contribute to my susscceful.

Lastly I thank Chato District Council for accepting me to carry out my Field work. I was glad to be part of this agency team as on of the field work student in placement of gaining practical experience of what i have been leant in classroom theoretically.
