Ben began his career under the direct supervision of the lead architect of Morton Buildings, Inc. drawing working drawings, design drawings and writing specifications. Ben then worked for Hensel Phelps Construction in their Mid Atlantic division working on such projects as The Market Common Clarendon and the Remote Delivery Facility at the Pentagon and then the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, working on a section of the terminal as well as the raised monorail system. His capabilities include managing and supervision of the daily activities on a job-site, scheduling and seeing the projects from concept through completion. His higher education experience was with Vaughn Construction on The University of Texas at Austin campus.
