The shallow base is designed for installing various types of inset lights in flexible or non-flexible pavements.

AppLICAtIon ArEA

The borehole should have the recommend dimensions 342 mm +/- 8 mm diameter and 160 mm minimum depth. The secondary cable from the isolating transformer is passed through the hole in the bottom. After adjusting the cable into the base, foam rubber should be used as protection against invading resin The base will be encapsulated with casting resin which keeps a certain plasticity. A special adjusting device allows an exact positioning of the base – with or without installed inset light. The inset light is fixed by 6 nos. M10 x 30 mm stainless steel screws. The pregreased threads are protected against moisture with a cap. The screws must be tightened with a torque of 30 Nm.
