Purchase Order Instructions: Perform a full post test borescope inspection of both TM & RGB modules as per the applicable maintenance manual. Work Performed: Completed post test borescope inspection of TM & RGB IAW Pratt & Whitney PW127F MM, Part No. 3037332, Revision No. 59. Inspection Results: Turbomachine

LP Impeller: No discrepancies. (Fig. 1 – 3) HP Impeller: No discrepancies. (Fig. 4 – 5) Combustion Liners: Burning, coating loss, and converging cracks found on inner liner. Burning and coating loss also found on outer liner. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is acceptable providing a repeat borescope inspection is carried out within 300 hours. (Fig. 6 – 9) Small Exit Duct: Minor coating loss found. As per the applicable maintenance manual, coating loss is acceptable. No further action is required. (Fig. 10) HP Vane Segments: Through going trailing edge cracks, as well as burning, found on various vane segments. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is considered Category ‘B’, resulting in the following re-inspects: for engine on ECTM: 1000 hours. For engine not on ECTM: 600 hours. (Fig. 11 – 15) HP Blades: Leading edge tip erosion and blade tip cracks found on a number of blades. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is acceptable providing additional borescope inspections are carried out at 300 hours with subsequent inspections every 600 flight hours. (Fig. 16 – 18) HP Shroud Segments: Heat discoloration and minor rub found on various shroud segments. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is acceptable providing repeat borescope inspections are carried out every 1000 flight hours. (Fig. 19 – 20) LP Stator: Leading edge cracks and burning found on a number of vanes. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is acceptable providing repeat borescope inspections are carried out every 1000 flight hours. (Fig. 21 – 23) LP Blades: No discrepancies. (Fig. 24 – 26) LP Shroud Segments: Minor rub and/or material transfer found on various shroud segments. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is acceptable. No further action is required.
