There is a growing trend in aviation organizations to move towards a single management group to establish a coordinated Integrated Management System .

This new approach eliminates or attenuates many problems currently being generated when there are separate management systems to demonstrate compliance with specific requirements, resulting in these systems are managed in isolation and, sometimes, even clashing each other.

Integrated Management Systems

Each organization must find the model that best suits its needs considering , among others, at least these factors:

• Leadership styles (command-and-control versus visionary),

• Organizational style (centralized versus entrepreneurial),

• The organizations history (local versus global).

Navya has the experience and expertise to provide consulting services to any organization interested in establishing an integrated management system so as to improve the efficiency and security of the company.

NAVYA-SAERCO: a success story

ANSP Projects

Air Navigation & Airspace Management

Spain was a pioneer in the liberalization of air navigation services, holding in 2011 a bidding process for the award of the air traffic management services in 13 airports until then controlled by AENA. After a long process the tender was finally awarded to two private companies: Ferronats and Saerco.

NAVYA played a key role in supporting Saerco not only to

become the first private certified ANSP in Spain, but also to be the contractor for the ATM services in the 3 Canary Islands towers, through a comprehensive technical asisstance, including operations, safety and regulatory consultancy.

Air Navigation Services provision will be gradually opened to private participation all over the world, and the unique experience of Navya in this field can contribute decisively to providers who wish to be awarded as new concessionaires in future tenders
