1.0 INTRODUCTION
Nova Consulting Group, Inc. (Nova) provided on-site air monitoring during the removal ofasbestos-containing materials located in the 2nd & 3rd Floor Hallways at the Murray Junior HighSchool building, 2200 Buford Ave., St. Paul, MN 55108.
Removal was conducted using floor tile enclosure and full enclosure asbestos abatementtechniques. All asbestos-related work was performed in accordance with Federal, State, andLocal asbestos regulations.
Asbestos-related work began on August 8, 2006 and was completed on August 14, 2006. TwellEnviornmental, License #592, conducted the asbestos abatement.
Sample collection and analysis was completed by Jason Karpe of Nova Consulting Group, Inc.,1107 Hazeltine Boulevard, Suite #400, Chaska, MN 55318.

3.0 AIR MONITORING AND SAMPLE ANALYSIS
On-site air monitoring was provided by Jason Karpe. PCM sample collection and analysis wascompleted in accordance with NIOSH Method 7400. Quality control procedures were followedas required by this method. Air sample analysis results can be found on the air sample summarytable located in the appendices.

7:00 AM Twell and Nova arrive onsite. Twell works on critical barriers and putting up the Decontamination Unit. Nova oversees the work that is being perfomrd
7:30 AM Twell works on the critical barriers as Nova prepares pumps for PCM Samples8:00 AM Twell has completed critical barriers and ask Nova to do a visual inspection of the area. Nova walks through
makes suggestions on splash guards for the lockers. Twell agrees with the idea and the area passes inspection.8:15 AM Twell is ready to enter the containment and Nova prepares to start Adjacent Samples 003-0001 and 003-0002.8:30 AM The Abatement has begun and Nova monitors the manometer. The reading is -0.023.9:00 AM Abatement work continues and Nova is informed that under the tile appears a tar paper type material. Twell will
treat the material as ACM and dispose of the waste in the Fiber Barrels.9:30 AM Twell works on the abatement of the tile and Nova enters data into the Jazz program.10:00 AM Twell Supervisor leaves site to pick up neccesary paper work for Murray Junior High School. Nova monitors work
in the continment.10:30 AM Twell works in the Enclosure on the third floor and Nova works on updating Jazz file.11:00 AM Twell begins to put ACM in fiber barrels and start to remove mastic from the floor. Nova pulls morning PCM
samples and gets prepared to analyze the slides.11:30 AM Twell cleans up containment area and finishes putting ACM in barrels. Twell breaks for lunch.12:00 PM Twell returns and workers suit up for entry into the Enclosure.12:30 PM Nova checks Negative Air and finds that the level has increased to -0.18. Nova mentions to Twell Supervisor the
finding. Nova starts afternoon adjacents 003-0003 and 003-0004.1:00 PM Twell is finding that the mastic is coming up slower than anticipated.1:30 PM Nova finishes with analysis on samples 003-0001 and 003-0002.2:00 PM Twell works on mastic removal and Nova generates map for the Enclosure.2:30 PM Mastic is coming up slowly but workers are making progress.3:00 PM Nova sets up pumps for Finals that will be ran on Thursday. Twell continues with removal of mastic.3:30 PM Nova has finished reading samples 003-0003 and 003-0004 the results show the samples have passed. Work will
continue in the AM.

Nova reads afternoon Adjacent
Samples from 8/10/06.9:00 AM Twell continues with mastic removal. Nova updates jazz program and generates map of second floor.9:30 AM Twell workers remove mastic and load ACM containing material into fiber barrels.10:00 AM Nova makes visual inspection of containment and finds that all critical barriers are secured.10:30 AM Twell workers begin to bagout fiber barrels through the back hallway. Nova makes visual inspection of
containment and finds that areas of the floor need work. Twell enters the containment and continue to work on floor. Nova still feels that floor needs improvement so workers continue.
11:00 AM Twell has started removing carpet in basement hallways near the elevator. Nova makes point that floor filler should be removed from Second Floor but Twell Supervisor insists that it should stay. Twell breaks for lunch.
11:15 AM Nova starts finals on the Second Floor Enclosure.11:30 AM Twell returns from lunch and continue to remove carpet. Twell is removing approximently 1100 SF of carpet.12:00 PM Nova watches removal of carpet and analyzes samples from the morning.12:30 PM Morning Adjacents pass requiement.1:00 PM Twell removes rolls of old carpet to the trailer. Nova waits for samples to cycle through1:30 PM Twell removes carpet and loads into trailer. Nova prepares to pull samples from the containment area.2:00 PM Twell Supervisor leaves site to drop off trailer containing ACM Barrrels at the dumpster located at Mississippi
Elementary.2:15 PM Nova analyzes final samples and clear the containment safe to enter.2:45 PM Twell sweeps carpet area and finishes bagging critical barriers from second floor.3:15 PM Twell loads up equipment into trailer as Nova works on drawing maps.3:30 PM Nova and Twell leave site for the weekend.
