TLP Compact supply air unit for circular ducting with built in speed controllable fan. Housing made of galvanized sheet metal with a 50 mm acoustic insulation. TA

TA Compact supply air unit for circular/rectangular ducting suitable for supplying air to smaller build-ings. The Plug & Play unit is powered by a single inlet centrifugal fan. Electrical or hot water heating battery and a F5 filter is included. Housing made from gal-vanized sheet metal with 50 mm acoustic insulation. Control unit for fan speed and heater is included with the unit. Max airflow 14 000 m3/h (size 6000-14 000 available in June-10). Accessories: Supply air damper, cooling battery.

VR DCV and DC are com-plete air handling units suitable for homes, smaller offices and similar premises. With EC-fan motors and a new regulation system the energy use is optimized to be able to meet the new regulations on energy

management. To ensure optimal operation, the rotating heat exchanger, supply and extract air filter, supply and extract fans, all temperature sensors and the re-heater are monitored. DCV(/B) units are designed for installation on wall, in laun-dry rooms, utility rooms or similar. With the white painted door and side panels the unit can easily be installed to blend in with the surroundings. Large inspection doors simplifies inspection and service. The VR 400 DCV/B has a by-pass function which allows the unit to be connected to a kitchen hood. The polluted air from the hood is led directly to the extract fan without coming in contact with the rotating heat exchanger. The DC-units are designed for mounting horizontal on the wall. They are manufactured with 50 mm insulation and are therefore suitable to be installed in cold premises e.g. store rooms, attics or similar. Max air flow 550 m3/h.

VR-DCV/DC

VX-EV/E

The VX range is a complete air handling unit suitable for ventilating homes, offices and smaller areas in commercial buildings. The cross flow heat exchanger are mostly used when there is a strong need to minimize the mixing of sup-ply and extract air. The unit has an automatic defrost function of the cross flow heat exchanger. The EV model is suitable for wall mounting and the E model for lying on the side. The E model can also be mounted in cold areas due to the 50 mm of casing insulation. The unit is very easy to operate with the external control panel. Max air flow 550 m3/h.

K-Fan EC AHU OverviewVR 300 ECV/BThe VR 300 ECV/B is a very compact unit forventilation of homes and primarily developed for wall mounted installation but can be installed horizontally e.g. in a false ceiling. The unit is double skinned, fullyinsulated, equipped EC-fan motors for supply/extract air, rotating heat exchanger, filters and thermostat operatedre-heater battery. VR 300 ECV/B is equipped with large inspection hatches on both sides and is by that means reversible for optimal and simple duct connections. Max air flow 180 m3/h.

Topvex FR

Topvex FR03-11 is a series of efficient ventilation units de-signed for offices, shops, schools, daycare centre or similar premises. The units can be installed flat on the floor or sus-pended in a false ceiling. The units are especially

designed to meet the coming energy requirements and have therefore a very low energy use and high efficiency rotating heat exchangers. To simplify the installation and commissioning, the units are included with control sys-tem and pre-configured. The unique design with double rotating heat exchangers makes the unit very flat. No need of condense-water drainage makes the unit very flexible to install. Max air flow 4000 m3/h.

DV

NBThe DV and NB, air handling units (AHU) are highly flexible AHU’s that can be configured to make up the heart of any mechanical ventilation system. The DV comes in a range of 12 different sizes with air volume capacities from 1500 m3/h to 54 000 m3/h, making it possible to always find the unit suitable for any requirement. The NB comes in a range of 15 different sizes with air volume capacities from 500 m3/h to 87 000 m3/h. Both DV and NB can be configured as supply units or as a supply – exhaust units with heat exchanger, either Rotary Heat Exchanger, Plate Heat Exchanger or Run-around Coil Heat Exchangers.

K-Fan ECVR Heat Recovery Units (Suitable for Residential Applications)VR-EV/B & VR-EVVR-EV/B and -EV is a complete air handling unit suitable for ventilating homes, offices and smaller areas in commercial buildings. With the white painted inspection door and the additional white painted side covers the unit is design to be mounted on the wall into e.g.; a laundry room. The rotating heat exchanger have the effciency of up to 85% and have the advantages that there is now water condensation and thereby no need of condensation drainage. The EV/B model has the advantage that it also can be con-nected to a cooker hood by using the integrated by-pass duct where the polluted air is lead direct to the extract fan.

VR-EVR-E is a complete air handling unit suitable for ventilating homes, offices and smaller areas in commercial buildings. VR-E is designed to be mounted lying in the e.g. attic. The unit have double sheet metal casing with intermediate 50mm insulation and is therefore suitable to be mounted in cold places. To simplify the maintenance and make the installation more flexible the VR-E is equipped with large inspection doors on both of the sides. All components can be removed from each side. VR-E have a rotating heat exchanger and thereby the same advantages as for the VR-EV units.

VR DC/DCV (SAP Appendix Q Rated)VR 400/700 DCV and DC are complete air handling units suitable for homes, smaller offices and similar premises. With EC-fan motors and a new regulation system the energy use is optimized to be able to meet the new regulations on energy management. Compared to AC-motors EC-motors maintain efficiency throughout the motor speed range when speed controlled and are therefore suitable to use in demand controlled ventilation units. Measurements show that an EC-motor reduces the energy use with up to 50% compared to a traditional voltage controlled AC-motor.

A compact unit consisting of a fan and heater in galvanised sheet steel, and an EU4 filter. The casing is insulated inside with 50 mm of mineral wool. Rubber sealed sleeve couplings. Neoprene sealing strips and toggle locks. Note that the fan must always be connected to 230 V. Fan run-on is not normally required. (Lowest air velocity 1.5 m/s). Max output air temperature 40°C. The fan may be adjusted by

either a transformer or a thyristor. The heating element is most effectively controlled by a power regulator, pulser and duct sensor. The filter should be checked regularly and replaced at least twice a year.

TA is a series of air-handling units designed for ventilating petrol stations, schools, shops, offices and other smaller premises. TA is a series of efficient ventilation units designed for schools, shops and offices, etc. The units are complete with controls and are delivered ready for operation. TA units are delivered pre-programmed, tested and ready for installation. Connect the unit to the duct system, (connect any external components), connect the mains power, set the timer and fan speed in the controller and the unit is installed.GeneralTA units are delivered enclosed in plastic and mounted on pallets. The units are fully wired internally. The controller is preset and has been test-run at the factory. Cables for external components(outdoor air dampers, etc.) are connected to terminals in the electrical connection box. The same applies to the valve actuator for the heating coil.Measurement and control accuracy The supply air sensor, operates with an accuracy of +/-0.4K. The accuracy of the controlled temperature is the same. Unit housingThe unit housing and doors are made of galvanised sheet steel with 50 mm mineral wool insulation for low noise to the surroundings. The TA units have large doors that make inspection and maintenance easy. The doors are lockable. The electrical connections are collected in one place to make it easy for the installer. The controls display is connected with a 10 m cable (included)

The MAXI unit are designed for the ventilation of smaller offices, shops or similar premises. The unit is to be installed horizontally in the attic, above a corridor or similar locations. The EL (Elec heating unit) can also be installed upside down. The MAXI 1100 is manufactured from galvanised sheet steel with 50 mm insulation (30 mm for the inspection covers.) The 2 inspection covers with quick-release fasteners together with removable motors and heat exchange unit facilitate easy service and maintenance. The MAXI 2000 unit is supplied in 2 parts to facilitate easy installation. The MAXI 2000 is manufactured from galvanised sheet steel, double skinned, with 50 mm of Rock-Wool insulation. To facilitate easy maintenance, the access covers arefitted with quick release clips. In addition, the motors and heat exchanger re removable.The heat recovery efficiency is approximately 55-70%.The MAXI EL has an electric re-heater, whilst the MAXI HW uses a hot-water battery for re-heating. A by-pass channel with motorized damper is built into the MAXI 1100 unit and is an optional extra on the MAXI 2000 unit.The integral transformer has a 7-step choice on the MAXI 1100 for fan speed and five-step choices on the MAXI 2000. The SCP control panel has an integral 7-day timer for selecting day and night operating settings.
