Guaranteed Days O� Management System (GDOMS)

- Crew Members are able to self-manage a proportion of their days o� (their Guaranteed Days O� - GDO)

- Vacation Planners de�ne number of GDO entitlement per crew/group of crew

- Planners can also set limits on how many crew in each crew group can request GDO’s on each day of the period(Limit Lines)

Crew Training Forms Management

- Allows instructors at the end of each training course to input via the Internet all training results includingelectronic signature. Upon completion of Training assessment form AIMS automatically updates crew trainingrecords and recalculates training expiry dates

- An unlimited number of Training assessment forms may be designed easily using Microsoft Word and then tiedto each training component in the course syllabus

- Training assessment forms already completed by Instructors may be viewed, and certi�ed also by Training Managers, including their electronic signature

APIS / MCL Manifests

- The AIMS APIS / MCL Manifests application allows the User to transmit a message either manually or automatically to Customs Authorities

- Automatic transmission allows the application to monitor �ights due to depart and automatically generate and send the forms to a SITA or email address

- Generates an initial Master Crew List (MCL) for all crew as well as a short MCL message each time biographicaldata about a crew change

- The User has the option to setup the APIS to send the forms to any country that is required to conform to these regulations. Many di�erent country message speci�cations are supported

- If there is a crew change after the APIS manifest has been sent, AIMS automatically re-transmits a new one with the new crew on board

- To avoid any �nes and make sure APIS do get transmitted to the Authorities, AIMS does a double check and issues a warning to the Ops Controllers on shift

Flight Schedule

- Transmit by email a User-entered text message, together with an attachment, to any crew of any quali�cationor assigned duty (e.g., email messages to all pilots who are scheduled simulator training in the next month)

- Creation of separate address books for each report to facilitate quick transmission of the same report to manyaddresses simultaneously at a press of a button.

- Allows transmission of SMS messages to cell phones in one or more of the following cases:

• Crew schedule changes trigger an SMS message for the crew to take action and �nd the details of the changein one of the following methods:

− By selecting the link displayed at the end of the SMS message which takes the crew directly to the AIMS Mobile Internet application (if installed) on the day(s) where the schedule was changed, from where they can acknowledge the change and update automatically AIMS

− By visiting e-Crew or IVR to get the schedule changes

− By contacting Crew Control

• Delayed �ights over a certain amount of time again trigger an SMS message for the crew which acts as a noti�cation message and handled the way described above.

• When the Flight Schedule Change Noti�cation System is in place, messages generated due to �ight schedulechanges can be transmitted as an SMS message, in addition to email/fax/SITA to any airline sta� or airline reps.

• A User-entered SMS text may be sent to any group of crew using di�erent selection criteria and �lters such as SMSonly to the crew who are assigned a particular duty in a particular period.

Flight Schedule Change Noti�cation System

- Automatic transmission of messages to all User departments following �ight schedule changes

- Facility is con�gured to ensure only messages of relevant interest to each department are received(e.g. message to catering when pax load changes, to MD when �ights canceled or delayed, to crewingwhen new �ights introduced, to HOTAC when change requires hotel rebooking etc.)

- Recipients of messages may also include SITA addresses (e.g. handling agents, tour operators, etc.)

- Messages may also be transmitted to pre-de�ned e-mail addresses thus eliminating the need for local or remote recipients to have AIMS installed or have a SITA address
