day Level Up Conference in Point Gerome,

where the focus was on team leaders and

their AIESEC

path.

With Nicolay

Gashev as the

chair, the MC

as conference

team and the

Teasers, the one

of a kind OC

team lead by

Joel Cleopatre,

this conference

came at a much needed time for the LC,

which is currently gearing up the future

generation of Team Leaders, with the

opening up of EB and ICX applications.

AIESEC business school, Leadership Café,

Functional tracks, Recruitment, and a

training from an external were among the

very interesting ses-

sions that were pro-

vided.

One of the most im-

portant events dur-

ing this conference

was the election of

the MCP for 13/14

and it is Radu Matei.

The delegates also

gave the vote of con-

fidence to Deelen Sinnasamy,Ajeibe

Abiola, Anishta Roochan,Mushood

Badulla, Kellie Koo, Seeksha Mohunsingh,

and Anca Olariu as MCVPs.

Recruitment is starting on the 28th with

stands at the university.

We expect each of you to be participating

for both physical and online promotion of

membership and OGX . Be sure to attend

trainings that will be given, to be aligned

with the promotion strategy.
