“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by theones you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the tradewinds in your sails. Explore dream discover. So I come to Sri Lanka, a country in my dream.Sri Lanka in Chinese “斯里兰卡”. What a beautiful name! It is Nishadi who interviewed me inskype, though the network is poor, she always smile to me. I remember her big eyes andbeautiful smile. That’s my first impression of Sri Lankan people. This trip was a deepimmersion into Sri Lankan culture and life!I thought teaching poor areas’ children is a very meaningful thing. The children makes memoved time and time again. Most of our students were quiet and clever .Just several are verynaughty but also lovely. Though the small village is not very rich, I can still feel their optimisticheart in hard life. Everyday we come to school, all the students come out to welcome us, allof class gave me loving eyes. we teach them some new words ,they will try their best to learnand remember. The relationship between I and they were very close in daily life. We oftenplayed games together. Furthermore, every student is very polite. They met us to say ”hello”with smile every time. The last week we came to school ,many students say to us “no china”,I can’t understand whatthey said. After Nishan’s translation, I know they said ”don’t go back china”. I can’t helpcrying. Their beautiful smile , pure heart is the most precious thing in the world. It is hard for us to say “goodbye”, to the lovely students, to the friendly local people, to theamazing scenery.
Thank you all the members in CN. Many kisses and hugs to you all. Nothing would happenwithout you all.It is my second home, I never forget every moments here. Miss you all. “
