Every team has its goals, every team member in the team has their measurable goals.This tool will give you the power to create them and regularly monitor their performance.
This system gives us a way to track our teams and individual members performance.Your teams will still have to go on myaiesec.net to make them official and give them Communication channels through the @aiesec.net google groups and TMP TLP rights.We will just use this system to track everything.

Add the MoS or KPI here.
To assign it to the team, leave the field blank. To assign it to a team member, select his/her name.
A team leader can not be assigned goals separately, teams goals are his goals.
Access the goals

Accessing previous year reports. Will be useful in the coming years
T: Target, A: Achieved in that monthYou can add a comment and attach a file.
Depending on the T v/s A, the colors will change. 0 to 40% - Red40 to 80% - YellowAbove 80% - Green
Generating Analysis/Business Intelligence
Go to the analysis tab.
Click add analysis
We have 13 type of charts available. Follow this link to know more.
Select the duration.
Pin the chart to your dashboard
Pin it to the planning board
The chart is ready we will now add dimensions ie KPIs.
Add a dimension
Assign a name
Add the KPI
Select Target or Achieved
Dynamic charts are generated.
