About the ESTThe Entity Support Team is a group of individuals in and out of the AIESEC network who, alongside the MC, work towards the growth of AIESEC in Spain. Most positions last for a semester, but can oftentimes be submitted for a renewal at the end of the term. Members will each have an MC responsible that will provide a JD, tracking, and individual leadership development.
