Role / Job Description

The CCP will lead the whole Conference Committee which will comprise of the core team (CCVPs) and extended team (CC TLs and Teamsters). Responsibilities include:

• Establish structure of the CC

• Develop JDs and select CCVPs

• Facilitate selection of extended CC

• Track performance of the CC

• Enable execution of team plan to deliver EuroCO

• Responsible for timely execution of EuroCo plan

• Regular and seamless communication with the AI

• Regular and seamless communication with AIESEC in Romania Member Committee

• Accountable to the National Plenary & MCVP Finance

• Overall responsible for EuroCo 2015 to be executed as envisioned
