FROM THE LCP Dear Candidate, The courage that you have shown by taking the bold step to apply for this role is commendable and I congratulate you for the step. It is a privilege to take up this life-changing journey and I believe that through this process we will create great leaders. Earlier this year, just like you, I took up the challenge to apply to lead AIESEC Abuja, very unsure of myself, only left with the commitment to want to develop in AIESEC and also give my best to the local committee. LCP JOB DESCRIPTION

LCP is the final responsible for all functions and actions in the LC and has to ensure that the LC is operating according to the AIESEC identity. LCP is the member of the Board of AIESEC in Abuja and has the signatory authority.

LC Management • Strategic direction and sustainable development of LC

Organizational structure – revision and development Shaping the organizational culture and identity in the LC– support its development according to LC needs and AIESEC values LC plan creation

• LC plan monthly tracking and review • Final responsible for achievement of LC goals and Plan

fulfillment according to MoS • Coordinate the leadership accountability & coaching

system • Chairing of LC Meetings, LLMs, LC EB Meetings, LC

Strategic discussions/task • Forces, chief delegate of National conferences • Prepare and deliver sufficient transition process • Representation of AIESEC Abuja in the national and

international network • Representation of AIESEC Abuja in National conferences • International conference attendance • Be the spokesperson and main representative of AIESEC

Abuja in external events • Networking and cooperation with other AIESEC entities on

national and international level
