ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The ICGICCS’20 is a premium forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the eld of Green and Intelligent Computing. The motive for the series of the conference is to bring researchers, scientists, engineers, academicians and post graduates together to exchange and share their knowledge, experiences, innovations, inventions and research outcomes of all possible aspects. The conference greatly encourages new ideas and aspects that researchers will bring new prospect for collaboration across disciplines and gain idea facilitating novel break through. The theme of this conference is to innovate and inspire the researchers to adopt the outcome for implementation.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 2000. The college is situated on the Coimbatore – Pollachi highway about 15kms from Coimbatore central railway station. It is about 25 kms from Coimbatore airport. The college is an Autonomous Institution approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, afliated to Anna University, Chennai. We are happy to inform that our Institution has been accredited by NBA and accredited with ‘A’ grade by NAAC. The College is certied with ISO 9001:2008. The institution offers 14 UG, 7 PG Programmes and 5 Research Programmes in Engineering. Our Institution have been recognized as the “Best Institution in Tamil Nadu” by the HR Club for Centre of Excellence and “Most Preferred Engineering Institute of the Year 2019 – South India” by ASSOCHAM. HICET works with the vision of producing qualied Engineering Professionals adorned with moral values. The strength of our institution is the team of well-experienced professors who involve themselves in grooming the students on par with global standard.

The Department of Computing (Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology and Master of Computer Applications) makes every effort to enrich the knowledge of students through value-based education. The department shares the mission and vision of the institute in imparting high quality education to the students. The department has highly qualied, committed and research oriented faculty members. The department has been accredited by NBA for three years. The department has received nancial support from leading funding agencies like AICTE, ISRO, ICMR, CSIR, BRNS, DST, DRDO, AERB, CSI, IEI, TNSCST etc., for carrying out research projects and technical events. The department has established Professional bodies like IEEE, CSI and IEI student’s chapters. The department has established Centre of Excellence in the eld of Linux and Open Source, Cloud Computing and Robotic Process Automation in association with Red Hat Academy, Cloud Bull and Automation Anywhere.
