Experience our wide dental network that helps reduce costsWith Asuris dental coverage, your employees and their families are free to visit any dentist they choose. To maximize savings, employees can choose from one of our many participating dental providers. It’s a great way to ensure that the cost of covered procedures won’t exceed the allowed amount, once the deductible is met and coinsurance paid. Asuris has a seamless national network with more than 284,000 dental providers.

Asuris Enhance Rewards (for groups of 2+)This plan provides comprehensive coverage and rewards employees when they are proactive about their dental care. Preventive and diagnostic services are covered at 100%, restorative care at 80% and major services at 50%. Your choice of deductible applies to all covered care except preventive. When dental services are incurred and services do not exceed the annual maximum benefit, an additional benefit of $250 may be rewarded the following year. Annual rewards cannot exceed the total reward maximum.

Asuris Enhance Active (for groups of 51+)Your employees will receive comprehensive coverage and enjoy lower out-of-pocket costs when they see a dental provider in our network. Out-of-network coverage is available with increased out-of-pocket costs. This encourages your employees to take advantage of our network discounts and claims savings while still offering choice and promoting regular dental care.

Asuris dental plans are available to groups of two or more enrolled employees when purchased with Asuris medical plans and for groups of 10 or more enrolled employees when purchased as a stand-alone product.

Optional coverageOrthodontia coverage is available on all Enhance plans for groups with 26 or more enrolled employees. Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ) coverage is available for all plans.
