Weather may mainly clear and scattered rain may occur till 0830 morning of May 6. Total rain in the district may be 12 mm. Day
temp may increase by one to two degrees but night remain unchanged and both the temp may vary from 30 to 34 and 22 to
240C respectively. Wind may mostly south easterly with the
average speed of 8 km per hour. Humidity may vary from 46 to
96 percent.

Standardized Precipitation Index cumulative for the period from April 2-29 experienced moderate wet condition in West
Tripura, Khowai, Dhalai, North Tripura and Unakuti district of the state. Mild wet condition reported for Sepahijala,
South and Gomati district.
The progress of crop till April 29 is normal particularly in valleys of the state. There is some stagnation of water in part
of North Tripura, Unokuti and Dhalai district.
