Agricultural Safety Certi�cate ProgramThe two-day Agricultural Safety Certi�cate Program provides individuals with a safety and broad-based education in the essential issues of this �eld. The program will assist employers in improving workplace healthand safety, reduce the high costs associated with workplace injuries and illnesses, and comply with federal and state regulatory requirements. The program includes mock hazard hunts and discussions of the top OSHA violations.

This human resources and labor relations class provides supervisors and those new to HR with foundational information essential to an e�cient operation. This program will cover crucial laws and regulations including MSPA, joint employer liability and wage and hour. This class will review comprehensible hiring and termination processes from job descriptions to the �rst day on-boarding and �nal pay.
