Our product guide is created to help you learn more about our full line of innovative, dependable, fi eld-proven equipment built to meet your everyday farming needs.

Our Mission

Every day our manufacturing team sets out to build a quality product at a fair price that does the job for which it was purchased. We strive to meet our customer’s demands. We also work closely with all of our distributors and dealers to maintain our philosophy of straightforward, honest, and simple customer service. We work hard to make our customers realize that we stand behind the quality products they purchase from us.

Our History

Our headquarters and manufacturing facility, located in Decatur, Tennessee, was established in 2014 by father and son team, Mike and Baily Turner. This father and son team is building a company that is leading the development and production of innovative agricultural and rural-lifestyle equipment. Mike and Baily Turner know farming, because their family farm dates back to 1898. They come from fi ve generations of farmers and that’s why Titan Implement’s products work so well in the rural markets - “we use what we make”. In addition to being long-time farmers, the Turners also have 35 years in the manufacturing industry; this combination of farming and manufacturing knowledge make for a team you just can’t beat. Titan Implement’s products are also well-suited for non-agricultural uses, including landscaping, light construction, and municipalities.

This economically priced rotary cutter is designed for light-duty applications such as weeds, grass, and light brush up to 1” diameter. This cutter is

designed to work with 10 to 45 hp tractors, and has a width of 42”. This cutter uses a single spindle with two free-swinging blades, which reduce the shock of

impact when a stationary object is contacted. A shear bolt through the input shaft protects the gearbox and driveline from damage. Standard equipment

includes driveline shields and clutch shields. Front and rear chain discharge shields are standard with dealer deduct option.

Designed for use with compact tractors as small as 35 horsepower, the cutter requires only one hydraulic outlet. For its 144” cut width, the cutter uses three independent spindles with two free-swinging blades each, to reduce the shock of hitting a stationary object. Slip clutches protect the gearboxes and drivelines from damage. Standard equipment includes driveline shields, clutch shields, chain discharge shields and a towing safety chain.

The 970 Roundback Rotary Cutter is the most robust unit in our complete line of rotary cutters. With an 84” cutting width, this unit works well with 60hp and

larger tractors. The 970 provides the cutting power to slash its way through heavy brush and small trees up to 4” diameter. Perfect for maintaining the

farm or the roadside. The smooth top deck design prevents build-up of debris or other cuttings and makes cleanup fast and easy. The free swinging blades,

heavy-duty stump jumper, and slip clutch protects the gearbox and driveline from damage. The dual wheels tend to keep the blades from cutting onto the

They are designed to turn over and aerate the soil for primary tillage, as well as bury residue. They are available in 12”, 14”, and 16” plow share lengths with replaceable plow shares. They are shear bolt protected and are Category I quick hitch compatible. We offer six different models designed for tractors ranging from 18 to 50 hp.

These Heavy-Duty Tubing Disc Harrows are designed with notched discs which easily break up and redistribute cultivated topsoil or prepare seed beds and

and 108” cutting widths, and are designed for a Category I or Category II quick hitch. Three different models are offered for tractors ranging from 35 to 80 hp.

Our full line of eight spike aerators, ranging from 48” to 84” in width, provides your operation with the right size tool to suit the plot of land being aerated. Spike aerators, over plug aerators, have a less aggressive impact on the lawn and can be used throughout the year. The 8100 effectively perforate the ground to better accept air, sunlight, water, and nutrients into the soil. Each aerator spike is approximately 2-3/4” long and 2” wide at maximum depth. The depth and width of the hole can be controlled in three ways; by using just the weight of the aerator frame, by adding water to the 12 inch drum, and/or by stacking 16 inch blocks on top of the frame. Models are available in either a pull type or with a 3 point Cat 1 hitch. Pull types can be easily pulled behind most lawn tractors for a combined mowing/aeration operation and these units have an Optional Gauge Wheel Kit to help control the depth of aeration.

8200 SeriesCORE PLUG AERATORS IMPLEMENT

Our full line of eight core plug aerators, ranging from 48” to 84” in width, will help relieve soil compaction and promote plant growth. With eight models, you

can size your aerator by the acreage being conditioned or by the size of your tractor. Models are available to aerate anything from a homeowner’s lawn to

an athletic fi eld, municipal golf course, or farming application. Core plug holes provide the plant roots with better access to oxygen and improves the ability of the soil to hold water which could run off on non-aerated ground. These holes

guide water and nutrients deep into the ground to reach the plant roots. Models are available in either a pull type or with a 3 point Cat 1 hitch. Smaller pull

types can be pulled with a lawn tractor to combine mowing and aeration in a single pass. These units have an Optional Gauge Wheel Kit to help control the

depth of aeration.

The 9100PF Front Loader Pallet Fork is recommended for use in farming, ranching, construction, nurseries, salvage, warehouses, lumber yards, retail outlets, and more. Capable of lifting loads up to 2,500 lbs., the front loader pallet fork can quickly and conveniently turn your front loader into a forklift. Our bale fork offers an option to those wanting additional versatility not available when using a spike/spear design. This unit is made from heavy-duty square steel

tube with beveled fork ends. Bale forks slide under the bale which can provide more ground clearance than a spear design. The 9300 bale fork is designed

only for round bales and helps in lifting broken or misshaped bales. A center bale spike, not available on most other brands, helps stabilize the bale during

transport.

time to seconds versus minutes with this quick hitch system. Recommended for tractors of 50 hp or less with Cat I hitches. Works with all Cat I Titan

Implement products, including PTO driven attachments, and most other OEM brands. The quick hitch comes with a set of adapter bushings to properly

connect implements to the hitch. Locking handles are spring loaded keeping the attachment securely fastened to the adapter. Top link height is adjustable, if

necessary, to accommodate a wide variety of attachments.

This utility sized auger will bore holes of 6”, 9” or 12” diameter up to 45” deep. Strong and durable construction makes digging post holes for fence posts, or

any number of other uses fast and easy. Our shear bolt driveline protection helps prevent equipment damage when unexpectedly contacting an immoveable

object. Our unit can operate on a variety of tractors within the 25 to 65 hp range. Compatible with most Cat I and II 3-point tractor hitches. The steel auger

has replaceable, bolt-on cutting edges to maintain productive boring speeds throughout the life of the post hole digger. A digger stand allows the post hole

digger to be stored in an upright position for ease of hook up.

Our mid-sized pull-type spreader is the perfect tool to broadcast up to 133 lbs. of seed and fertilizer on the lawn or sand and salt for paved surfaces. It also works in large gardens or small farming applications to broadcast granular herbicides or pesticides. This unit is designed for lawn tractors or an ATV with a standard 1-7/8” or 2” ball hitch. The large balloon tires are perfect for lawn care professionals. Even contractors, and hunters will fi nd this model benefi cial. The broadcast spinner is turned by a wheel-driven, direct drive gearbox. A 15 position fl ow gate will accommodate almost any size of granular product. A long control handle, puts the rate of fl ow within reach of the drivers seat for easy on/off control.
