I hereby agree to let a portion of y property for a right of way in

the for of a ro#gh road, for the benefit of  ___ROSAFE PASDEN___ ,

nearby property to ine, and to her s#ccessors$in$interest.

In this regard, I agree for the right of #sing a portion of y

property as a ro#gh road access for the price of FIFTEEN THOUSAND

PESOS (PhP 15,000.00).

This right of #sing portion of y property as a ro#gh road access

will reain in effect for the benefit of R%&'F( P'&)(* and her

s#ccessors$in$interest.

+owever, this right of #se shall cease, when R%&'F( P'&)(* or any

person #sing the said road in behalf of the latter, when there is is#se,

ab#se or display of any #nbecoing behavior or lac of respect to e or

to any of y ho#sehold ebers.

This will tae effect, three !-" days after notice for the said incident

to R%&( P'&)(* andor to any involved persons thereto, witho#t giving a

reason thereof.
