( 2 )The campus licence of TARGET 3001! can be copied to an unlimited number of worksta-tions or to a server that allows simultaneous access for an unlimited number of students. The campus version may only be installed on a campus internal server with access for stu-dents, as well as on the corresponding private computers of the students.
( 3 )TARGET 3001! must not be used commerci-ally in respect to this license. Acting contrarily causes a penalty of EUR 2,500.00. The files generated by TARGET 3001! campus license can exactly be identified.
( 4 )This version purchased must not be sold to third persons or handed out as a gift. Further-more it is only allowed to hand out the soft-ware to pupils/students for use on their priva-te computers for educational purposes.
