Aims of MOTILL
A one year project funded with support from the European Commission, under the National Lifelong Learning Strategies – Transversal Programme 2007-2013
•Analysis of the use of mobile technologies and their potential for lifelong learning; collecting evidence from research and practice
•Working with policymakers to increase awareness of the possible impact of mobile technologies on lifelong learning policies

(SARD) – collaboratively written ‘reviews’ of 51 publications
• Evaluation Grid – a methodological framework for analysis of best practices
• Best Practices Collection – case studies from each partner country
• Declarations of Intent - ‘intentional agreements’ signed by 27 policymakers
