With his own consulting firm he has provided sup-port and assistance to companies in industrial sectors as chemistry, phar-maceutical, cosmetics and perfumery, detergents, food and consumption, transportation, equipment, glass, electricity, industrial systems, electronics and others, in topics as: Innovation and agile innovation processes, operational excellence, knowledge,
change and integrated business management.

In the course you will learn to: Structuring the process of agile innovation with

Organize and structure the generation and se-lection of ideas and oriented design.
Manage economic and strategic 'intelligence'.
Listen to the ‘voice of customer’, analyse ex-pectations and use tools as Kano and QFD.
Filter and select ideas, create ' business filters' and move from ideas to projects
Manage projects and programs and the innova-tion funnel, using methodologies as PMBOK, tools as PRINCE2 and agile process SCRUM.
Manage risk, uncertainty, costs and resources of multiple projects.
Measure the innovation process. Using our Assessment Tool and the 'innovation culture' test.
Be based on individual skills and work of high performance teams
Remove barriers to innovation and knowledge
Culture and change management.
The course: This course has been running since 2006. We are redesigning and perfecting it every year from the experiences with the participating companies and organizations. (See references)
It can be arranged on request for groups of 8-15 people, who may be one or more companies or organizations.
The full course is 24 hours and can be programmed in 3 full days or in 5-6 sessions of 4-5 hours.
Our methodology includes meeting with companies before and after the course.
Before, in order to detect the priorities and pre-ferred issues of the company, in fact, to ensure that their expectations and needs will be met.
The subsequent meeting serves to guide and help participants to take full advantage in the implemen-tation of concrete actions resulting from the course.
