SOME THINGS TO CONSIDERRetrospectives are hugely valuable to a team

achieving high performanceThey must be plannedThe team must all participate by gathering data

and sharing what they felt, observed, heard during the sprint

Trust must exist within a team where difficult topics and challenging conversations can happen

Without this, how can a team improve?

SOME TECHNIQUESThere are a number of different techniques and

ways to conduct a retrospectiveEach technique may address slightly different

issues but all should be in the name of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
