THE PURPOSEScrumGuide – The purpose of the Sprint

Retrospective is to: Inspect how the last Sprint went with regards to

people, relationships, process, and tools

Identify and order the major items that went well and potential improvements

Create a plan for implementing improvements to the way the Scrum Team does its work

achieving high performanceThey must be plannedThe team must all participate by gathering data

and sharing what they felt, observed, heard during the sprint

Trust must exist within a team where difficult topics and challenging conversations can happen
