Introduction
As a registered DFDS agent, you can easily book and amend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
(At this point you cannot amend on board meals - Please contact Sales support to amend on board
meals)
An online account also means you can view all of your agency’s current bookings.
If you are not yet a DFDS agent, please contact sales support (details at the end of this guide).

Use below link to access the online booking
https://ferry.dfdsseaways.com/agent/login/?salesowner=17&locale=ga
1) Type your agent ID/Account number and password you have received via mail.
2) Type your name in the field Agent reference
3) Your PASSWORD is always your Agent ID/Account number.
Please note: One of your colleagues might have reset your password – For a quick solution, type
your Agent ID/Account number then click on “RESET PASSWORD” and you will receive an email
with a reset link

Selecting routes and travel date(s)
1) Route choice. Please choose the route
2) Choose travel date/type of travel. You have three options;
one way, a travel with a return trip (A trip longer than two days), or a Mini Cruise.
Travel date(s) if you wish to book a Mini Cruise, please select the departure date and under
“Return route” choose the next coming day.

3) Choose number of passengers
4) If needed, choose vehicle type
5) Available Products per rout Choose to book on Contract rate or Rack rate.
Please note: You will need to choose the type of trip (See 2) Before you click on the button with
the code)
6) (If you have received a Product Code from us, please type it in the box and press continue. If you
have not, The products on the right hand side are the available for you.)
7) Click Continue

All listed prices are inclusive of charges and taxes. Prices are subject to availability.
No booking fees apply on agent bookings. Amendment fees apply on Agent Rack rate bookings.

Cabin selection
1. Select cabin type(s) and number of cabins for your customers.
Please note: You are selecting the number of cabins, not the number of passengers. Please note:
The system automatically choose the most appropriate cabin when you enter the page.
2. For information about the cabin Classes and each cabin type - Click on the ‘i’ symbols. 3. If you wish to choose the following day – Please click on the date
4. If you have selected a departure date that is not available or you wish to start over - Return to
first step ”Travel” by clicking “start new booking”,

Meals
Pre purchase meals for each customer. You will receive commission on all meals (Commission is shown in booking confirmation sent to you by
mail).
2) When you choose a meal, you choose for all passengers in current booking.

Extra services
1) You are able to pre-purchase bus transfer to and from the terminals.
(Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Newcastle bus transfer available)
2) For further information - Click on the ‘i’ symbols.
3) Pre-purchase a travel certificate for your customers.
There is one certificate per ship.
The Travel certificate can be picked up in the Guest Service centre on board.
You will get commission on all pre-purchased extra services.

Details
See your agency details. Please note: Your agent address or email cannot be edited online – Please
contact us if you need to update any information.
1. Enter your name and phone number under ‘Agent Contact’
2. Fill out name(s), Date of Birth and Passport number of each passenger.
3. If a customer has a disability – Mark “Disabled” - Please note that you have to Contact us to add
information to your booking.
4. Advise your customers of DFDS Terms and Conditions and Mark “I have read the Terms and
Conditions box” and click CONTINUE.

Payment
This will now show you the total price of the booking.
Select ‘FINALIZE BOOKING.’

Itinerary
1) To proceed from the below Booking confirmation screen for access to your existing booking(s) or the
booking flow, without needing to logging in again - Please click on “Start new booking” (You will not
start a new booking, just go to start page of the booking flow)

1) You will receive your itinerary, as an attached PDF, including booking reference (Booking
number) and listed commission, via email. See example below.
When checking in, your customers will only need the booking reference number (Along with
valid passports and other required documentations applying for the customer’s nationality.
If transfer bus in Copenhagen is pre-purchased, they will need to show the booking
confirmation or boarding card (key card) to the bus driver. If meals are pre-purchased, they
simply show their boarding card (Key card) in the restaurant(s)

How to find your existing bookings 1) If you are logged out, please log in log in on;

and then click on Bookings in top left corner.

2) If you are are already logged in, after making a booking, click on “Start new booking”
and you will reach the start page with “Bookings”

1) To see existing bookings, select route from the “Route” drop down, choose Vo
Timeframe, then click search.
Please note: You cannot use “Departure date” “Booking number”, Passenger Surname”
“Agency Reference” or “Vehicle Registration” at this point (March 2017)
2) Once you have found the booking you wish to amend, click on the booking and you will
see the screen as shown on next page.
Existing bookings screen, above – Click on the booking you wish open. You are able to amend it,
download a PDF or print it.

Amending bookings

1) To change dates of travel, cabin type etc. Click on wanted amendment under “Make
Changes” and make your choice.

2) The new booking details are shown as below, marked in red.
When all amendments are done – Click save changes on bottom right hand side.
Please note: At this point (March, 2017) Meals cannot be added or amended online, nor can
transfer bus options(Extra services). Our appologies for any inconvenience caused. In the
meantime, please contact sales support for adding meals and or transfer service to an existing
booking.

1) After you have made amendments (Changes) to a booking, you will see below screen.
To continue, click “Start new booking” or “Log Out”
