2009 FEES-SOME NEW DISCOUNTS Only the highest discount per family
applies Students in Intermediate Grades will be
automatically enrolled in Afterschool for $100 EC per month (was $300)
Students in younger grades may elect to enroll in afterschool for $200 EC per month
Second child in family 20% off least expensive
Honour roll (4%), Dean’s List (8%) off September fees
MATERIALS FEE Last year we introduced a materials fee
for books, pencils, etc in Kindergarten It was a great success and the children
always have what they need, plus the parents saved money and shopping time
This year the materials fee will be $100 EC for all Primary Children: parents will need to buy lunch kit and water bottle, backpack ONLY
PAYMENT PLANS Pay for full year by May 15, 2010: no
additional fees, materials fee waived. Pay by Quarter, with final balance of
first quarter due as deposit no later than May 15. 2% charge
Pay Monthly: only if first months are May/June/July so that first term is paid in full before start of school. 3% charge

EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER Renovations to start for classroom which
will house early learners Loft, kitchen/restaurant play,
construction play, quiet study areas, art/science counter with sink, water play/sand play and garden
Will be home of Afterschool for Primaries Project Fundraiser Needed, and
Committee Assistants
THE LEARNING CENTER For children with learning difficulties Usually a ½ day program for challenged children Children will usually join core classes for some activities Classes-tutoring for main-streamed students with ADHD,
or other learning challenge Very limited in space: 8 max, then waiting list for next 6 Tuition supplement to pay for more individualized
instruction Register/Enroll now and tell other interested parents Some children may require an in-class assistant 3 rooms with learning manipulative, quiet study areas,
and more GOAL: Raise funds to complete classrooms and purchase
suitable learning aids Parent involvement necessary
