About the Zardetto Winery• Family run for four generations, and

family history of Prosecco making since 1876

• Located in Conegliano, Italy - in the Prosecco DOCG region

• First Prosecco imported in the US in 1984

• Prosecco specialists and ambassadors– Fabio named manager of the

Consortium of Prosecco di Conegliano, serving from 1982 to 1995

– San Mor Project: Fabio working with the Prosecco consortium to understand why the 90 year old Glera vines that survived phylloxera
