    Simon Phipps: A well-known and respected leader in the Free softwarecommunity, computer industry veteran Simon Phipps has been involved ata strategic level in some of the worlds leading technology companies. In2005 he was appointed Chief Open Source Officer at Sun Microsystems,coordinating Suns extensive participation in Free and Open Sourcesoftware communities until he left in 2010.

    Tim Willoughby: Tim is the Assistant Director of the Local GovernmentComputer Services Board (LGCSB), and has worked in the agency for morethan 10 years in several technical roles. He has been working in the publicservice for 18 years in several engineering, technology and ICT roles. Fromhis early days as a computer teacher through to his current role, he has had

    a passion for technology, particularly to understand and harness it for usein government. Mr Willoughby is responsible for research and developmentin the LGCSB and represents Irish Local Authorities on several crossgovernment and cross business committees.

    Ronan Kirby: Ronan Kirby is Business Development Director for the RedHat software ecosystem in Northern EMEA. During his long tenure at RedHat, Ronan has held multiple leadership roles, on both the commercial andtechnical side of the organisation. Most recently, Ronan was a core memberof the Boston MA based RHEL Product Marketing Team, which has

    business ownership of the flagship Red Hat product. Ronan also acts as aSenior Adviser in Technology for the European Bank (EBRD), where heengages directly in economic development work in developing economiesacross Siberia, Mongolia, Central Asia and the Balkans. Before joining RedHat, Ronan accrued considerable expertise, through a range of leadershiproles in Internet Service Providers and Integrators.

    David Coallier: David has been helping startups and enterprises since2001. As Director of Technology in echolibre, David drives technicalinnovation and is responsible for ensuring the high quality production ofour client and internal projects as well as designing system architecturefor our client projects. A well known contributor to the international PHPcommunity, David has previously contributed to the PHP Core and PHPSecurity Groups, and is currently President of the PHP PEAR Group, whichmaintains the world's largest repository of reusable PHP modules. He is thecreator of FRAPI and spends most of his free time either hacking on FRAPI,doing maths or complaining about how things should be done.

    Mark Shuttleworth: Founder of the Ubuntu Project, a popular Linux-based operating system that is freely available worldwide with desktop andserver editions. Mark currently leads design and product strategy atCanonical Ltd, the company behind Ubuntu. Canonical provides support ona commercial basis for the free Ubuntu operating system.
