Our first stop will be at the Parmigiano Reggiano factory, Caseificio ‘Val Tiepido’ where the staff will guide

you through how this amazing cheese is created.

Moving on we will visit the Lambrusco factory in Maranello where you will be introduced to the producer

of this famous local wine.

12:00 Our last stop will be at a traditional balsamic vinegar making factory (“Acetaia Rossi Barattini”)

where the owner will explain how this delicious local speciality is made, and will let you into the secrets of

the traditional recipe and a demonstration of its various uses.
