SPEAKER BIOS
Col Brian KennedyUSMC (RET.)
Brian Kennedy was born and raised in the Youngstown, Ohio area and graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps in June 1989.
Brian served as a Marine AH-1W cobra gunship helicopter pilot and served throughout the world based aboard ship and ashore in locations to include North Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Haiti, Cuba as well as numerous locations in the United States. Most recently, he served in the Western Pacific to include Japan, Korea, Thailand and Australia with the Third Marine Division. Brian served two flying tours in Iraq in 2003 and 2005 where he provided close air support to US Marines and soldiers as well as British Marines and soldiers, and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross with combat distinguishing device for Valor. Overall, he flew more than 220 combat missions. He was inducted into the Ohio Military Hall of Fame for Valor in April 2016. Brian is a former Marine Light Attack Helicopter squadron commander and holds a master’s degree in strategic studies from the US Army War College and completed a leadership certificate program at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government in 2015. He achieved the rank of Colonel before retiring in October 2014 after completing 25 years of uniformed service.
Brian is the Executive Director for Turning Point Counseling Services in Mahoning County and serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbiana County Port Authority in East Liverpool, Ohio as well as the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee for the Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association. He is a licensed professional boxing judge, a 32nd degree Mason in Youngstown Ohio, a member of Perry Lodge in Salem, Ohio, a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, AMVETS, the Disabled American Veterans and the Columbiana County Farm Bureau. Brian volunteers as a mentor in the Mahoning County Common Pleas and Youngstown Municipal Court’s Veterans Treatment Court programs and sits on the Board of Directors for AMVETS National Service Foundation – Charities as well as the Board of Directors for the America’s Future Foundation in St Louis, Missouri.
He has four daughters Caitlin, Gracie, Molly and Maggie and is married to Heather Godfrey, formerly of Johnstown Pa, and resides in Salem, Ohio.

Clint StoernerCOLLEGE FOOTBALL ANALYST, SEC NETWORK/ESPN
Clint Stoerner was born and raised in Baytown Texas. He was the starting and record breaking quarterback at the University of Arkansas for 3 years. An 8-year career as professional football player with the NFL followed, including 3 years with the Dallas Cowboys, 1 year with the Miami Dolphins, 2 yeas in the NFL Europe and 3 years in the Arena League. Currently Clint appears in the SEC Network/ESPN as College Football Analyst.

Alain Nana-SinkamSENIOR DIRECTOR OF INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS, AUTOMOTIVE LEASE GUIDE
Alain Nana-Sinkam is a 24-year auto industry veteran, currently serving as Senior Director of Industry Solutions for ALG, providing data-driven solutions to answer some of the biggest questions facing the North American auto industry. He is responsible for ALG’s relationships with clients in the finance, rental, investment and software sectors, as well as European OEMs. Alain previously worked at Wells Fargo and HSBC Auto Finance and started his career at an auto dealership.
Melinda ZabritskiSENIOR DIRECTOR, AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, EXPERIAN
Melinda Zabritski is Senior Director for Experian automotive financial solutions team, where she is responsible for implementing products and services specific to the automotive credit and lending industry. She also serves as Experian’s primary analyst and spokesperson regarding key automotive finance trends.
Throughout her career with Experian, Zabritski has overseen the product management for Experian Automotive’s lending channel, as well as the marketing strategy for the development of Experian’s automotive credit vertical sales channel.
Prior to joining Experian in 2004, Zabritski held various product management and analyst positions in the credit industry, where she managed and developed credit risk models and market trending and forecasting tools. During that time, she also was responsible for managing prescreen and account management product lines.
Zabritski holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ., and a Bachelor of Science in political science and urban government from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.
