• The Community Services Department to be on its own. • Community Services to take waste management function. • Change the naming of the Environmental Planner to Environmental Officer since it is no longer into

planning department. • Change the naming of Snr Work-study Officer to Snr Organizational Development officer. The position will

take care of PMS & Work-study. The position of Snr HR Officer will take care of Personnel Administration, Employee Wellness & Staff Provisioning.

• Remove the position ISD Clerk from the organizational structure and transfer the current official to the position of PMU Data Capturer.

• Propose that the Municipality should review the whole organizational structure from July 2012 giving attention to the planned Employment Equity and planning for 5 years or the remaining years of council term.
