Objet : Rénovation de l’éclairage Façades du Bellevue

Monsieur,

Le Bellevue, à Biarritz, centre de congrès, a fait l’objet d’une mise en lumière de l’éclairage de la façade en 1996.

La société AGABEKOV avait été retenue pour réaliser cet éclairage de façade par la fourniture de rampes lumineuses type Neptune – Louvre, équipées de lampes au xénon 8,5 w (environ 160 unités réparties sur deux rangées).

En 2009, la ville de Biarritz a procédé à une rénovation de cet éclairage. Il a été décidé de réaliser un relamping de l’installation à partir des rampes lumineuses existantes avec des sources led. La dépose complète des rampes lumineuses a été effectuée, suivie d’un reconditionnement de celles-ci, sablage et retraitement de peinture. Un rééquipement complet des profilés alu a été effectué avec les platines Agaled A 10, 5000 K, 1 w, raccordées sur les équipements de l’alimentation stabilisée dans les coffrets.

Ce relamping a permis de réduire les consommations en énergie dans un rapport de 1 à 8 et d’augmenter la durée de vie de façon appréciable dans un rapport de 1 à 4, soit environ 50 000 heures. Ce bâtiment est situé en bordure de mer et soumis aux embruns marins, air salin et problèmes de corrosion. Les rampes lumineuses AGABEKOV ont démontré déjà, depuis 13 ans, leur parfaite tenue dans le temps malgré ces conditions difficiles et l’ensemble des profilés a fait l’objet d’une réutilisation après reconditionnement.

Dear Sir,

In 1996, floodlighting was installed for the facade of the Bellevue Congress Centre in Biarritz.AGABEKOV was chosen to provide this facade illumination by supplying Neptune – Louvre type light ramps fitted with xenon 8.5W lamps (approximately 160 units spread over two rows).In 2009, the Municipal Council of Biarritz decided to renovate this lighting system. A decision was taken to relamp the system with LED light sources using the existing light ramps. The light ramps were all removed, reconditioned, sandblasted and repainted.The aluminium profiles were relamped with AGA-LED® A-10, 5000 K, 1 W modules

connected to encased stabilised power supply units.

This relamping has given us an eight-fold reduction in energy consumption and a four-fold increase in the lifespan of the system, to around 50'000 hours.The building is located on the seashore and suffers from sea spray, salt air and corrosion problems. The AGABEKOV light ramps have already demonstrated their ability to withstand these difficult conditions over a period of 13 years, and all of the profiles were used again after being reconditioned.

L’océan et ses contraintes The sea and its environmental stresses

• Situé face à l’océan au bord de la Grande Plage de Biarritz et doté d’une vue imprenable sur la mer, le Palais des Congrès, le Bellevue, nécessite un équipement spécialement adapté afin de lutter contre les problèmes d’érosion et de corrosion dus à l’air salin, ainsi qu’aux embruns et à une humidité constante.

• Nos luminaires Louvre 3 (LL3) sont dotés d’unités lumineuses AGA-LED® A-10, 5000K + filtre 2800K, 24V / 1W, et d’un indice de protection IP65. Ils bénéficient également d’un traitement spécial RAL anticorrosion répon-dant ainsi totalement à ces contraintes naturelles.

• Set facing the ocean on the edge of the Grande Plage of Biarritz and com-manding an unrestricted view over the sea, Bellevue Congress Centre requires specially adapted equipment to counter the problems of abrasion and corrosion due to salt air, sea spray and constant humidity.

• Our Louvre 3 luminaires (LL3) are fitted with AGA-LED® A-10, 5000K, 24V / 1W light units with 2800K filters, and have an ingress protection rating of IP65. They are also given a special RAL anticorrosion treatment so that they are fully capable of withstanding these environmental stresses.

Caractéristiques

• Toutes les unités lumineuses AGA-LED® fabriquées pour Agabekov Lighting Company International®, sont enduites pour leur assurer une protection contre l’humidité et la poussière.

• L’enduit appliqué est une solution acrylique claire sans dissolvants chlorés ou CFC’s. Les UV produits par la lumière du soleil n’influenceront pas la transluci-dité de l’enduit.

• L’enduit résiste aux températures s’éten-dant de -40°C à 125°C.

• Les contacts de l’unité ne sont pas enduits, une oxydation peut se produire mais les trois points de contact ajustés garantissent un raccordement fiable.

• L’effet de l’humidité sur le rendement lumineux d’une unité AGA-LED® est négli-geable. C’est la chaleur qui accélère la dégradation.

• Nous avons exposé plusieurs unités lumi-neuses AGA-LED® sans enduit pendant deux ans, aux conditions extérieures.

Eigenschaften

• Alle AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten, hergestellt für Agabekov Lighting Company International®, werden beschich-tet, um Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit und Staub sicherzustellen.

• Die Kontaktstücke an den Enden sind nicht beschichtet und Oxidation kann auftreten, aber die drei justierten Kontakt-punkte garantieren für einen zuverläs-sigen Anschluss. Feuchtigkeit hat kaum Auswirkungen auf die Lichtleistung.

• Dagegen trägt Hitze zur schnelleren Alterung der Beleuchtungseinheiten bei.

• Wir haben einige AGA-LED® Beleuchtung-seinheiten ohne Beschichtung zwei Jahre lang unter Aussenbedingungen benutzt.

Characteristics

• All AGA-LED® ligthing units manufac-tured for Agabekov Lighting Company International®, are coated to protect them from humidity and dust.

REcoMMANDATIoNS poUR LUMINAIRES AGA-LED®

pRÉcAUTIoNS• Les produits de LED, dans lesquels les unités lumineuses AGA-LED® sont incluses, sont soumis aux conditions de sécurité sur les lasers.

• Les unités lumineuses AGA-LED® sont évaluées comme produits de la classe 3R LED, c’est-à-dire LED/lasers émettant dans la gamme de longueurs d’onde de 302.5 nm à 106 nm. Prenez la précaution suivante en utilisant des unités d’éclairage AGA-LED® : évitez l’exposition directe de l’oeil à la lumière de LED.

poSITIoN DES oUVERTURES DE LASER

• Les ouvertures de laser sont situées sur le dessus des unités d’éclairage AGA-LED®.

INSTALLATIoN

• Les luminaires avec unités lumineuses AGA-LED® doivent être installés à une distance d’au moins 200mm de l’utilisateur.

• Des travaux d’installation doivent être menés à bien par les entrepreneurs électriques autorisés conformément aux conditions locales. AGA-LED® doit être relié à une source de basse tension (12 ou 24V, ±5%), protégée par un fusible contre les surchauffes et les courts-circuits.

• La consommation d’énergie ne devrait pas dépasser la valeur évaluée par le transformateur.

• En montant les luminaires, ne jamais percer les conducteurs.

• Les luminaires AGA-LED® peuvent être montés sur des meubles.

MoNTAGE & pUISSANcE D’ALIMENTATIoN• Les unités lumineuses AGA-LED® peuvent être installées dans tous les luminaires existants B’LIGHT®. Leur système de fixation est identique

aux lampes Xénon et Festoon (Soffite). Par conséquent, dans un luminaire équipé de lampes Xénon, les unités lumineuses AGA-LED® peuvent les remplacer. Pour les luminaires équipés pour les lampes Soffite, des adaptateurs BXA et CMB doivent être ajoutés pour fixer les unités lumineuses AGA-LED®.

• Attention : en montant ou en remplaçant les lampes, respectez la polarité AGA-LED®.• L’utilisation d’un (ou plusieurs) transformateur(s) est nécessaire pour les luminaires équipés d’unités lumineuses AGA-LED®.

Il est impératif d’utiliser des alimentations stabilisées et non des transformateurs électroniques ou ferromagnétiques.

• Attention : respectez la polarité AGA-LED®.

• Pour obtenir l’intensité lumineuse maximum, les luminaires doivent être équipés avec un réflecteur.

ENTRETIEN• Les unités d’éclairage d’AGA-LED® ont une vie approximative de 60’000h et aucun entretien spécial n’est nécessaire.

• N’utilisez jamais de jets à eau sous pression pour nettoyer les appareils d’éclairage.

NoRMES ET TESTS• Les tests électriques de sécurité ont été effectués sur les produits AGA-LED® par Electrosuisse (Association pour les technologies

d’électrotechnique, de puissance et d’information). Marque de conformité d’ENEC 13 reçue par le certificat Ch-02-ik-0261.i.

• Les luminaires sont reconnus aux normes 60598-2-1 et 60825-1.

• Die AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten werden als 3R LED Produkte eingestuft, d.h. als LED-Laser mit einem Wellenlängenbereich von 302.5 nm bis 106 nm.

• Beachten Sie folgende Vorsichtsmassnahme beim Einsatz von AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten : Vermeiden Sie eine direkte Bestrahlung der Augen durch LED-Licht.

LASERÖFFNUNGEN

• Die Öffnungen Laser befinden sich auf der Oberseite der Einheiten Beleuchtung AGA-LED®.

INSTALLATIoN• AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten müssen in einem Mindestabstand von 200mm vom Benutzer angebracht werden.

• Die Installation soll von Fachkräften durchgeführt werden, die nach den geltenden Vorschriften dafür qualifiziert sind. Die AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten müssen an eine Niederspannungsversorgung (12V oder 24V, ±5%) mit einer Sicherung gegen Kurzschluss und Überlastung angeschlossen werden.

• Der Energieverbrauch sollte den Transformatorwert nicht übersteigen.

• Bei der Montage der Leuchten, darf nie durch die Leiter gebohrt werden.

• AGA-LED® Beleuchtungen können an den Möbeln angebracht werden.

MoNTAGE & ENERGIE ZUFUHR• Die AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten A-10 und B-10 können in alle vorhandenen B’LIGHT® Leuchten montiert werden. Ihr Befestigungssystem

ist dasselbe wie bei Xenonlampen. So können Xenonlampen z.B. mit AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten ausgetauscht werden. Bei Leuchtelementen ausgerüstet für Soffittenlampen müssen zur Befestigung der AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten zusätzlich BXA und CMB Elemente verwendet werden.

• Vorsicht : Respektieren Sie die AGA-LED® Polarität beim Montieren oder Ersetzen der Lampen.

• Beim Einsatz von Leuchten mit AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten muss ein oder mehrere Transformator(en) verwendet werden. Die Verwendung von stabilisierten Versorgungsquellen ist unbedingt erforderlich, keine elektronischen oder ferromagnetischen Transformatoren verwenden.

• Vorsicht : Respektieren Sie die AGA-LED® Polarität.

• Für maximale Lichtleistung sollten die Leuchten mit einem Reflektor bestückt werden.

WARTUNG

• Die AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten haben eine Lebensdauer von ca. 60’000h. Eine spezielle Wartung ist nicht erforderlich.

• Benutzen Sie nie Wasserstrahlreiniger zur Reinigung der Beleuchtungssysteme.

• Die elektrischen Sicherheitsprüfungen für AGA-LED® Produkte wurden von Electrosuisse (Verband für Elektrotechnik-Energie und Information) durchgeführt. Die ENEC 13 Markierung stimmt überein mit den geltenden Normen. Zulassungszertifikatnummer lautet Ch-02-ik-0261.i. Die Sicherheitsprüfungen wurden gemäss EN 60598-2-1 und EN 60825-1 durchgeführt.

• Take the following precaution using AGA-LED® lighting units : avoid direct eye exposure to the LED light.

LocATIoN oF LASER ApERTURES

• The laser apertures are located on the top the of AGA-LED® lighting units.

INSTALLATIoN

• Please be warned to Keep away at least 200mm from AGA-LED® lighting source when you look at it. This is the precaution valid for all the LED units in order to avoid eye lesions.

• Installation work must be carried out by authorised electrical contractors in conformity with local requirements. AGA-LED® must be connected to a low voltage source (12V or 24V, ±5%) with thermal protection and must be fuse-protected against short-circuits and overloads.

• Energy consumption should not exceed the rated value for the converter.

• When mounting the luminaires, never drill through the conductors.

• AGA-LED® luminaires can be mounted on furniture.

ASSEMBLY & poWER FEED

• The AGA-LED® lighting unit A-10 and B-10 can be installed in all existing B´LIGHT® luminaires. Their mounting system is the same as the Xenon lamps. Therefore, in a luminaire equipped with Xenon lamps, the AGA-LED® lighting units can replace them. For the luminaires equipped for festoon lamps, BXA supports and CMB covers have to be added to fix the AGA-LED® lighting units.

• Caution : when mounting or replacing AGA-LED®, respect polarity.

• The use of one (or more) converter is necessary for the luminaires with AGA-LED® lighting units. Electronical or ferromagnetical transformers are not allowed.

• Caution : respect the AGA-LED® polarity.

• To obtain the maximum light output, the luminaires should be equipped with a reflector.

MAINTENANcE

• The AGA-LED® lighting units have an approximate lifetime of 60’000h and no special maintenance is necessary.

• Never use water pressure jets to clean the luminaires.

STANDARDS AND TESTS

• The electrical safety tests for AGA-LED® products have been carried out by Electrosuisse (Association for Electrical Engineering, Power and Information Technologies). ENEC 13 mark of conformity received through certificate CH-02-IK-0261.i.

• The luminaires were tested according to the standards EN 60598-2-1 and 60825-1.

pRopERTY RIGHTS• The luminaires illustrated in our catalogues are patented and protected by international property rights. Legal action will be taken in the event

of any reproduction or other violation of our property rights.

• As the whole range of AGA-LED® products are subject to ongoing development, we reserve the right to modify dimensions, shapes and colours at any time.


EtiquettesCes étiquettes doivent informer les utilisa-teurs au sujet de la nature du produit et des précautions de l’utilisation. Les étiquettes sont appliquées sur chaque luminaire utili-sant des unités lumineuses AGA-LED®, et sur l’emballage de celles-ci. Si les étiquettes ne peuvent pas être fixées sur le luminaire en raison de sa petite taille, elles seront fixées par l’installateur sur un support visible à côté du luminaire.

AufkleberThese labels are to inform the users about the nature of the product and the precautions of use. The labels are applied on every lumi-naire using AGA-LED® Lighting units, and on the packing of the lighting units themselves. If the labels cannot be fixed on the luminaire because of its small size, they are attached to the luminaire and must be fixed next to it by the installer.
