Jagabandhu Bidyadhar Mohapatra Bhramarbar Rai popularly known as “Buxi Jagabandhu” or “Paika Buxi” was the commander of the forces of the king of Khurda. The great Paika Rebellion in 1817 was originated under his leadership.

During the war for freedom he showed awe inspiring courage and exemplary resillience. These features inspired us to name our esteemed institution after him.

The school has well equipped Science Labs for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Besides it has a Mathematics laboratory, Computer lab and English Language lab. Our computer lab has adequate number of computers with internet facilities.

Our school has a well stocked library stuffed adequately with books of different genre to help the children to form a habit of reading and to make reading one of their deep and continuing needs, to remove their ignorance and make their surrounding looded with knowledge. The library stock is constantly expanded and updated to provide meaningful reference materials to everyone.
