Workshop for those needing to develop an estate plan for their farms and other assets. Running a farm or ranch is a complex job. Amidst the day-to-day care of crops or livestock, time is spent planning for purchases, pro- duction, and marketing. Planning plays a crucial role in the liveli- hood of an operation and preparing for the future succession of as- sets should be a continuation of the planning process. But unfortu- nately, future transition is sometimes overlooked or takes the back- burner to the more immediate demands farmers and ranchers face. This workshop is designed for existing and/or entering parties in- volved with the farm or ranch and will help you prepare for future transition.
