Warranty policies - Policy one
• The installation inspection report and commissioning report should be submitted to Midea CAC within one month of hand over
• Annual maintenance reports should be submitted to Midea CAC during the warranty period
Warranty period for complete units: either 18 months from the date of shipment from the factory or 12 months from the date of handing over after commissioning, whichever is shorterWarranty period for compressors: either 42 months from the date of shipment from the factory or 36 months from the date of handing over after commissioning, whichever is shorterOnly covers spare parts, does not include any labor costs

Warranty policies - Policy two
• Each time products are purchased, the free spare parts credit is added to your free spare parts balance, which can be used as and when required
• All free spare part balances are reset to zero on March 30th each year
A free spare parts credit of 1% of the order value is included with each order for air-conditioning products
Midea no longer takes responsibility for repairs except in relation to epidemic quality problems

If clients require extended warranties, the price increases that apply depend on the size of the order – discuss with your sales representative
