RE: Source of the Problem: High Level of Music
Dear Lorrna,
I am writing to you over the High Level of Music that is coming from flat 43 Brook House.
After the second week, the tenant of 43 started to play her music at high level. I thought that it
would be for a while but the situation began to worsen. At the time I found it very childish to
complain about it, but as the days went by, I was obliged to take the first steps to sort out this
situation.
On the 5th December, I have personally spoken to her through the Intercom and she
apologised. But High Level of Music started the following day as if I didn’t mentioned to her
the night before. I phoned Women’s Pioneers in two different occasions, the 7th and 15th
December. Violet who dealt with my first approach said that she had already notified you.
Unfortunately and to our big surprise the situation was getting worse.
Regrettably, the ongoing High Level of Music is preventing us from enjoying the peace in
our home. My wife and I have both reached the point where we cannot tolerate any more this
type of noise levels as we have outlined above, and the effects this is having on our health
and well-being.
We hope that a proper action would be taken to stop these noise problems and prevent them
from re-occurring in the future.
Yours Sincerely,
Mr Amar Mallek
