The analytical framework for the AEO‐3 report is the DPSEEA(Drivers‐Pressures‐State‐Exposure‐Effects‐Actions) framework commonly used in health and environment assessments.

The report is designed to function as a tool for policy p g p ymakers and other stakeholders to monitor and assess environment‐health challenges in Africa and take gappropriate actions for improving environmental sustainability and public health.
