AF215 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The IMT AF215 drill rig is amachine with telescopic mast andwith the possibility of bringing thedrilling equipment to considerableheights and transmittingconsiderable forces at high speed.By using a rotary head, it ispossible to carry out continuousflight auger type piles or piles indisplacement auger or Omegapiles up to a depth of 60’ or 80’(using an extension). The maximum geometricaldiameter is 4’ and, in any case,the machine can reach 80’ in CFAwith 3’ diameter or 80’ in Omegasystem with 2’ diameter. The rotary head reaches amaximum torque of 215 KNm(158000 lbf.ft). The rotary head is predisposed towork with casing, kelly bar, CFAand displacement. It is possible to replace the rotaryhead with other equipment suchas vibrator, hydraulic hammer,grab, etc. The mast head is predisposed towork with several options (CFA,kelly, vibro, hammer, grab, etc). The AF 215 has a parallelogramarticulation that allows you to workwith working axis between 10’ and13’ from the machine axis.
