Conclusions

Poland fully supports the EU ADR rules

Flexible approach for implenation is convinient

Huge workload for the CAA is expected

Ammendments of the State law are time-consuming

Main challenges: Alt-MC and deviations of CS (ELOS, SC, DAAD)

International cooperation is required (EASA, national CAAs, ADR operators)
