Description: The Child Progress Record helps family members and caregivers participate in the ongoing monitoring of their child's progress. Description: The IFSP/IEP Summary shows all items that had the IFSP/IEP box checked on an assessment. This report can be used to help in writing goals for a child’s IFSP or IEP. Description: The Eligibility Cutoff Scores Report uses scores from the AEPS area scores to determine eligibility status. AEPSi will automatically calculate the child’s chronological age and compare area scores with empirically validated cutoff scores corresponding to the appropriate age interval. The Eligibility Cutoff Scores Report shows the following:
• Area Goal Score and the Cutoff Score for each area of an assessment
• Whether the child falls within the range for typically developing children or is at or below the range for typically developing children
• How the child is performing compared to same-aged peers at the area level

Description: The Present Level of Functioning Report provides a summary of a child’s AEPS Test results in terms of what skills are mastered (a score of 2), emerging (a score of 1), and not yet observed (a score of 0). Providers can use this report to write narrative reports for IFSP/IEP meetings. The Present Level of Functioning Report :
• shows the child’s level of functioning for each objective and goal
• identifies items that the child performs independently and consistently and items that are emerging
• can be used to assist in writing narrative summary of child’s strengths, emerging skills, and areas of concern

Group Snapshots: Status of All Children Report Description: The Status of All Children Report shows the AEPS assessment scores, possible scores, and percentage scores for each of the six Areas on the child’s most recent assessment. Children are grouped into 4 categories:
• Those tested in the last 3 months
• Those tested in the last 6 months
• Those tested longer than 6 months ago
• Those not yet tested
The report provides a quick look at how all of the children are performing and helps professionals determine which children are ready for retesting.

Description: The Progress of All Children Report shows each child’s AEPS assessment scores by Area for the first and last test recorded for the child during the date range selected, and calculates the increase or decrease between the two assessments.
The report also provides a list of each skill that has been mastered, is emerging, or that the child does not yet have. It allows teachers to measure each child’s progress over time and shows which skills the child still needs to develop.

Description: The Group Goal Planning Matrix shows each child's goals as marked on his or her latest assessments. The Group Goal Planning Matrix allows teachers to see what students need to work on similar goals/objectives. There are options to run the report by IFSP/IEP Goals, Scores of 1, Scores of 0, Scoring Note A, or Scoring Note B.
The report provides a quick snapshot of the most critical items to teach and helps teachers plan individual and group intervention activities and develop embedding schedules.

Family Friendly Report
Description: The Assessment Status, by Goal Report provides information about assessments that are currently in progress. The report looks at which goals have been scored and which goals have not been scored for a class or all children assigned to a Provider.
Organized by domain area and strand, the report lists the child name, test date, and whether each AEPS goal has been scored a 0, 1, 2, or not scored (NS). A list of children who have not yet been tested is also included.
