To bring value to the association. AEI provides the latest
trends in the industry. In addition networking with other
AE's in North Carolina and across the nation is invaluable.
I have attended AEI every year since 1996. There is a
wealth of information gained at this conference.

November 11, 2021
I will be starting with the High Point Association of REALTORS® officially on 11/15/2021 as the new
Association Executive. I have many years of experience as both a REALTOR® and a staff member with a
local Association, but never as the AE – yet. I welcome the opportunities to participate with and learn
from other AE’s in environments such as AEI and the Regional AE Conference. I would be grateful for this
Scholarship to help defray the expenses to HPRAR for me to participate.
As a new AE, these two meetings in particular will be a great opportunity for me to continue my
education and understanding of association management. I always strive to continue to pursue and
expand my understanding of whatever role I am in. I am currently pursuing my RCE designation, and
attendance at the meetings will help toward obtaining that important certification. Completion of the
RCE designation is a major goal I plan to complete and achieve during 2022.
Thank you for your consideration of me on behalf of HPRAR for this Scholarship.
Cordially,
Joe Sutliff

The cost of travel and conferences has a big impact on

and be able to continue to attend the
conventions/conferences that grow my knowledge and
understanding of this industry.

Ms. Denise Daly Membership Manager at NC Realtors 5411 Weybridge Lane Greensboro, NC 27407
RE: Carla Rose’s Scholarship Application
Dear Ms. Daly,
The board of directors and I are pleased to recommend Carla Rose for a NC Scholarship for 2022. Carla is always looking for opportunities to ensure the continued success of our association and would be excited to attend in 2022.
Carla has a strong commitment to education. She is a NC Licensed Real Estate Instructor, completed at her own expense in hopes of being able to provide educational opportunities for our membership. She is passionate about helping to strengthen our association.
We are a small association and have a very limited budget for AE education. This scholarship would be very beneficial and greatly appreciated.
Thank you for considering Carla’s application for scholarship funding and helping our association afford this opportunity for her.
Sincerely,
Robin Huden

Explain briefly what your
professional
goals/objectives are and
how this scholarship will
assist you in meeting them.
Since joining this association, one of my primary
objectives was to help it grow in strength and number.
Over the past few years, it has grown from less than 100
Primary members to now over 125 and involvement in
activities has increased exponentially. I strive daily to
improve myself so that I can continually help support all
of the members of our Association and contribute to my
community as a whole. This scholarship would help to
lessen the burden on the Association so that their
programs and goals may be realized throughout the
year. Being able to attend AEI and the Regional AE
Conference provides current education and information
that is in turn shared with the membership.
