1. GENERAL SYSTEM PRESENTATION A&E Communications is an authorized distributor for the Global IPSky2e VSAT, which provides High Speed Access to the Internet using the latest “two-way” digital satellite communications technology. The IPSky2e VSAT Service is provided by Global Telephone & Telecommunications s.a. (GT&T), a leading European “telecommunications service provider” through its own private network control center (teleport) located in Louvain-La-Neuve, about 20km outside Brussels. With over 15 years experience in providing satellite communications services, GT&T is able to deliver reliable and specialized communication solutions which are ideally suited for the African environment. The IPSky2e VSAT is an extremely compact and low-cost satellite solution for independent access to the Internet. The system comprises a small remote dish antenna (usually 1.2m) with a 1watt transmitter (ODU), two standard coaxial (RF) cables and indoor satellite modem/router (ODU). The satellite modem/router connects to a single PC or multiple PC’s in local area network (LAN) through an Ethernet port. The remote dish antenna transmits and receives data to and from the geo-stationary satellite linked to GT&T’s teleport in Belgium connected to the public Internet backbone through a 34 Mbps fibre. This offers a high speed, high availability, high reliability, high service stability and many other resources & good maintenance to users. The remote subscriber (end user) is provided with an “always-on” (24/hr) connection to the Internet at very high speeds between 128 Kbps up to 2 Mbps in download (DVB-RCS-MPEG2). The return path is fixed at 76.8 Kbps or, in option, 153.6 Kbps or 307.2 Kbps – guaranteed (FTDMA-RCS). The IPSky2e VSAT does not require dial-up access or a local ISP for operation and operates on a shared access exactly like the European ADSL Internet service. Voice-over-IP (VoIP) can be easily integrated using an external IP-telephone device; video conferencing & other interactive IP applications are also possible using the IPSky2e VSAT platform. The IPSky2e VSAT is an ideal solution for Internet access for private usage; companies; corporate intranet for virtual private network (VPN) applications; Internet backbone connection for Cyber Cafes and Internet Service Providers (ISP’s).

8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Prices and payment in Euros. • Payment is also accepted in GBP (at prevailing LloydsTSB Bank exchange rate at time of

order). • Prices are exclusive of UK VAT. • The mentioned prices are worth at the complete purchase of the station as described. The

costs of any upgrades, maintenance and options are available on demand. • Payment terms: 100% before shipping of the goods. • Delivery is 2 - 3 weeks from receipt of payment (subject to availability of stock from GT&T). • Minimum web access subscription is 12 months for which payment is quarterly in advance.

Failure to pay for the subscription before the start of the next quarter will result in the contract being automatically changed to the quarterly rates. Default QOS provided with the equipment is Silver-Standard unless otherwise requested. The QOS can always be upgraded but never downgraded.

• A&E general sales conditions, A&E-SLA and International Internet Rules are under application. • Customer is responsible for payment of all local import duties & taxes for the equipment. • 12 months warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date the goods leave GT&T’s

office (excluding transportation costs for return of faulty equipment to GT&T’s office in Belgium).

• Materials from European origin. • A&E cannot be held responsible for the obtaining of local use licenses or permits to operate the
