St. Mark’s Episcopal Church 301 A St. SE, Washington, D.C. 20003 (Entrance on 3rd St. SE) If you need a place to keep luggage for the day, you are welcome to leave your bags with us before heading to registration. The church is located about a 10-minute walk from registration. 8:30am - 9:00am Registration

Kennedy Caucus Room (Rm. 325) Russell Senate Office Building A light breakfast will be available at Message Training. 9:00am - 11:00am Senator Klobuchar Opening Address & Advocacy Day Message Training

Kennedy Caucus Room (Rm. 325) Russell Senate Office Building Please allow time in the morning to register and be seated with your Advocacy Day team members by 9:00am. Message Training and practice with your team is required for all advocates. We will review our goals and talking points for the day. 11:00am - 3:30pm Meetings with Congressional Staff

U.S. Capitol Complex, multiple locations At the U.S. Capitol, we will meet in teams to brief elected officials and their staff on our important legislative goals. No one will advocate alone. Advocacy Day teams will arrive for each appointment, deliver a packet of materials, share their stories and talk about how Congress can help.

Advocacy Day teams will eat lunch together at one of the Capitol Hill cafeterias. Please note that advocates are responsible for lunch. You may also wish to purchase snacks for the remainder of the day. 3:30pm - 5:00pm Congressional Address & Wrap-Up Discussion

Hart Senate Office Building, Room 902 Advocates will attend an address by Eating Disorder Champion Representatives and a discussion of the day’s events and experiences led by EDC Board President Dr. Bryn Austin. 5:00pm - 5:30pm Bag Pickup

METRORAIL

Take a RED line train to the Union Station metro

station (wmata.com). The Russell Senate Office

Building is about a 7-minute walk from the

station. Exit the station and walk south onto

Delaware Ave. NE. The Russell Senate Office

Building will be on your left.

You can also take a BLUE/ORANGE/SILVER

line to Capitol South metro station (wmata.com)

and head north on 1st St. SE toward C St. SE.

Take a left on Constitution Ave. NE and then

your first right onto Delaware Ave. NE. The

entrance to the Russell Senate Office Building

will be on your right.

TAXI

If arriving by taxi, tell the driver that you are

going to CAPITOL HILL, to the Russell Senate

Office Building at Delaware Avenue NE and

Constitution Avenue.

If arriving via Uber, the Uber app has the Russell

Senate Office Building stored in its system.
