    National Congress in Cagayan de Oro City

    DATE : October 1, 2013

    The Executive Board of the National Council during the September 29, 2013 Meeting in

    Davao City decided to hold the 6th

    National Council Meeting and the 3rd

    National Congress in

    Cagayan de Oro City on November 16, 2013, 10:00AM to 7:00PM and November 17, 2013,

    9:00AM to 1:00PM, respectively.

    In line with this, you are invited to send your delegates for the above-mentioned events

    (please see attached calculations) which will be organized by the National Secretariat along

    with the host region, Northern Mindanao. Expenses (flights and travels, board and lodging) of

    these activities will be shouldered by the entire number of delegates and which costs shall be

    divided per delegate. Only delegates who have paid registration fees on or before October 20,

    2013 maybe admitted to these meetings. If you have to travel by plane, please purchase your

    tickets on or before October 7, 2013 to avoid higher cost of flights; otherwise your

    region/district or individual delegate will have to pay for the excess of the reasonable flight

    costs; tickets/travel costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of your boarding passes and

    tickets.

    Administrative Notes and details of the program will be sent to you as soon as they are

    finalized.

    Finally, those regions or districts who have not submitted database of new members

    and set of regional and/or district councils officers and elected delegates must submit them as

    soon as possible for individual invitations to delegates.
